RiverRoot Lawn is a service of RiverRoot Studios LLC, Somerville, Massachusetts. This page explains what we collect when you become a customer and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name, service address, email address and mobile number.
• The services you receive, visit history, estimates and invoices.
• Messages you send us by text, email or phone.

Card and bank payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card or bank account numbers.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and perform your lawn service, send estimates, reminders, on-the-way notices and invoices, take payment, and answer your questions.

Text messages

If you opt in, we text you about your service as described in our text messaging terms. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.

Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business (scheduling, email and text delivery, and payment processing), and only so they can deliver your service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
